We are seeking a handson Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions that support business performance and employee development. This role blends facilitation with instructional design, requiring someone who can translate business needs into clear, effective learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging learning content, including instructorled training (ILT), virtual ILT, eLearning modules, job aids, guides, and assessments Facilitate training sessions (inperson and virtual) for employees at various levels Conduct training needs analyses in partnership with business leaders Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to all learning solutions Customize and update content based on audience feedback, business changes, and performance metrics Manage learning projects from concept through delivery and evaluation Leverage learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools, collaboration platforms) effectively Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements Qualifications & Experience 37 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development Proven experience developing and delivering inperson and eLearning content Strong facilitation and presentation skills Solid understanding of adult learning principles Experience working with business stakeholders Proficiency with learning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, LMS platforms, or similar Excellent writing, editing, and content design skills Highly organized Preferred Assets Experience supporting corporate and operational training environments Certification in instructional design, adult education, or facilitation Why Join Us Work in an environment where safety is our first priority The opportunity to build a career with a growing company Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family Life and disability insurance Wellness programs to support your familys wellbeing A Retirement Savings Program with a company match Employee Appreciation Day Company sponsored social events Community volunteering We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building and fostering a diverse workplace where people feel included and valued.
