The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and a strong work ethic. Duties: Install, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units across multiple locations Diagnose system issues efficiently and perform timely, high-quality repairs Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to determine system layouts and specifications Perform general appliance repairs and preventative maintenance as required Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards Maintain accurate service records and report on completed work and system conditions Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary to support maintenance operations Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, HVAC Technician, or in a similar role Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and general maintenance practices Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various Freshslice locations as needed Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, Gas Ticket, or Red Seal) are considered an asset If you have the skills and experience required for this position and are looking to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
