The Customer Engagement team plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users before they need to reach out to customer service. The focus is on proactively solving customer issues, providing specialized offers, driving engagement on our platform. Vacancy: Replacement Responsibilities Proactively reach out to customers via phone call or email to resolve potential issues before they escalate to customer service. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through personalized engagement and targeted promotions. Provide specialized offers to drive engagement and retention on the platform. Maintain and update the BET99 knowledge base and AI Agent to improve automated assistance and self-service options. Analyze customer trends and feedback to identify patterns and recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and marketing, to align engagement strategies. Respond to customer feedback on platforms such as TrustPilot and App Store reviews to uphold BET99s reputation. Assist with any projects or tasks assigned by the CE Manager Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree or minimum 2 years' relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in customer engagement, online gaming, or sports betting is preferred. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge management systems is a plus. Responsabilits Communiquer de faon proactive avec les clients par tlphone ou par courriel afin de rsoudre les problmes potentiels avant quils ne soient transmis au service la clientle. Identifier des occasions damliorer lexprience client grce un engagement personnalis et des promotions cibles. Proposer des offres spcialises afin de favoriser lengagement et la rtention sur la plateforme. Maintenir et mettre jour la base de connaissances de BET99 ainsi que lagent IA afin damliorer lassistance automatise et les options de libre-service. Analyser les tendances et les commentaires des clients afin didentifier des schmas et de recommander des amliorations. Collaborer avec les quipes internes, notamment le service la clientle et le marketing, afin dharmoniser les stratgies dengagement. Rpondre aux commentaires des clients sur des plateformes telles que TrustPilot et les avis de lApp Store afin de prserver la rputation de BET99. Participer tout projet ou tche confi(e) par le gestionnaire CE. Comptences et qualifications Diplme universitaire (baccalaurat) ou minimum de 2 ans dexprience pertinente. Excellentes aptitudes en communication crite et orale. Capacit voluer dans un environnement rapide et en constante volution. Une exprience en engagement client, dans lunivers du jeu en ligne ou les paris sportifs est un atout. Esprit analytique et solides comptences en rsolution de problmes. Matrise des outils CRM et des systmes de gestion des connaissances constitue un atout. Ce rle est essentiel pour amliorer la satisfaction et la fidlit des clients, en assurant une approche proactive de lengagement client chez BET99.
