This role is ideal for a leader motivated by purpose, community connection, and making a tangible difference in peoples lives.What Youll DoYou will partner closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement ASHPs strategic plan, support strong governance, and ensure the organizations financial health and sustainability. Youll provide executive oversight of programs and operations, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and represent ASHP as a trusted leader within the community and the broader Alzheimer Society Federation, including provincial and national partners.Who You AreYou are a collaborative, thoughtful leader who balances strategic vision with practical execution. You value people, the staff, volunteers, clients, and partners and lead with empathy, clarity, and integrity. Youre comfortable guiding change in respectful ways, strengthening alignment and culture, and serving as a visible, engaged ambassador for a missiondriven organization.What You Bring5+ years senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, communitybased, or healthrelated organization. Strong peoplecentred leadership, with the ability to build trust, engagement, and collaboration. Experience working effectively with a Board of Directors in a governance setting. Sound financial and business acumen.Ability to lead change thoughtfully while strengthening alignment and organizational culture. Understanding of rural and smallcommunity service contexts. Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful leadership and service delivery.
