You can be part of a team that defines the solution landscape and structures projects to enable flexibility, minimize risks and maximize gain.We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant to join our Customer Success / Managed Services team. This role is designed for a seasoned functional expert who can independently own one or more Oracle HCM Cloud workstreams, lead complex troubleshooting, design and implement enhancements, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.The Senior Consultant provides advanced functional expertise, leads modulespecific initiatives, mentors junior team members, and drives continuous improvement across client environments.ResponsibilitiesWorkstream Ownership & Advanced SupportServe as the primary functional expert for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules.Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical issues, including root cause analysis and crossmodule troubleshooting.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices, optimization opportunities, and roadmap planning.Configuration, Design & EnhancementsConfigure, test, and document advanced system changes, enhancements, and reports.Lead the design of new functionality, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Oracle best practices.Oversee quarterly updates, regression testing, and release impact assessments.Integrations & CrossFunctional CollaborationManage and troubleshoot system integrations, working closely with technical teams.Collaborate with Oracle Support and thirdparty vendors to resolve escalated issues.Provide functional requirements and validation for integration updates.Client Engagement & LeadershipLead client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.Deliver enduser training and create highquality support documentation.Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement & MentoringIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.Mentor and review the work of Consultants and junior team members.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and bestpractice development.Qualifications5+ years of consulting or HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.Deep expertise in at least one major workstream below: 1) Workforce Management: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence and/or 2) Total Rewards: Benefits, Compensation, Incentive CompensationStrong understanding of HR processes and crossmodule dependencies.Proven ability to lead client discussions, design solutions, and manage complex issues independently.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Work Environment & TravelRemote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidatesAbility to travel up to 5% may be required as per need basisCompensation & BenefitsBase compensation for this position ranges from USD $100,000 - $145,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
