We look forward to your interest.The Role:The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst will oversee and coordinate all compliance issues related to supply chain and logistics initiatives, as well as product design, ensuring alignment with all internal and external policies and procedures.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Research and evaluate global environmental, safety, consumer protection, competition, taxation, and end-of-life management legislation; analyze impact on new and existing products and communicate business implications across design, cost, supply, and marketing for B2B/B2C salesUnderstand global statutory and regulatory requirements across markets and product portfoliosManage global product import and export requirements; implement strategies to streamline and proactively manage these processesReview product marking, packaging, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsEvaluate costs and requirements for entering new marketsDevelop and optimize compliance and released product support processes to ensure adherence to regulations and industry guidelinesAct as a technical resource within cross-functional project teamsManage and coordinate updates, reviews, and ad hoc requests with external service providersReview, approve, and sign off on environmental and safety documentation for bills of materials to ensure accuracy and complianceMaintain and manage compliance documentation, ensuring accessibility for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with vendors to ensure understanding of regulatory requirements and accountability to deliverablesManage product extended producer responsibility programs across regions (electronics, battery, and packaging waste)Manage Business Continuity Planning processesEnsure global Procurement Standards are tracked, reported on, and monitoredIdentify opportunities to improve sustainability through metrics, measurement, and review processesEnhance quality management systemsSupport and develop device repairability in line with global regulationsSkills:35+ years of experience in global product regulatory compliance within an electronics companyStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask independently in a dynamic environmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong risk evaluation skills to balance due diligence with budget considerationsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with third-party testing laboratories supporting certification/type approval and restricted substances testing
