This role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled professional with a strong focus on design visualization and BIM-based project delivery.The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of projects, primarily during the concept and schematic design phases, producing high-quality renderings and drawing packages while collaborating closely with project teams.This position will lead to progressively increasing responsibilities with the capacity to work on multiple projects as part of the growth plans of the company.ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models for a variety of project typesProduce interior and exterior architectural renderings for concept and schematic design phasesCollaborate with project teams to support design development and visualization effortsPrepare presentation materials for client meetings and design reviewsWork within a BIM environment to develop and coordinate project documentationParticipate in all phases of project development as requiredConduct site visits and assist with field reviews and reportingEnsure accuracy, quality, and completeness of work in alignment with project timelines and budgetsSupport continuous improvement of internal processes and workflowsRequired SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environmentStrong capabilities in 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp and LumionWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of architectural drawing production and coordinationKnowledge of building science, construction detailing, and rendering techniquesFamiliarity with Ontario Building Code and applicable standardsStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or equivalentMinimum 5 years of professional architectural experience in CanadaDemonstrated experience in BIM/Revit, 3D visualization, and space planningExperience across commercial, institutional, and residential projectsGeneral understanding of all project phases and documentation processesField experience conducting site reviews and preparing reports is considered an assetSalary: We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
