This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background along with functional understanding of Dynamics CRM (D365 CE).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.Build and maintain integrations using Azure services.Develop plugins, workflows, and customizations using .NET / C#.Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.Implement and support CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.Develop APIs and integrations with external systems.Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and deployment activities.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.Strong hands-on experience with:.NET / C# developmentDynamics CRM customization (plugins, workflows, forms, entities)Experience working with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.).Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data model.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Infosys or Microsoft projects.Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Experience with DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps).Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend customizations.Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Azure).Work Authorization RequirementsUSA: Only US Citizens or Green Card holders.Canada: Open to all valid work authorizations; B1/B2 visa preferred for travel flexibility.
