Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role located in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, operating office equipment, coordinating activities, handling customer communication, and ensuring a smoothly functioning office environment. Duties include organizing files, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to clients and team members alike. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and organizational tasksFamiliarity with Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and scannersStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with team members and clients effectivelyKnowledge of Office Administration practices and proceduresStrong attention to detail and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in office administration or a similar role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
