Outbound Sales RepresentativeEmployment Type: Contract (6 months) with potential for extensionWork Schedule: Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM (Work from Home)Work Model: Fully Onsite (Monday to Friday) | Work from Home (Saturdays)Location: Markham, ONPay Rate: $22/hourAbout the RoleThe company is looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing Outbound Sales team in a brand-new, entry-level role. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of connecting prospective customers with our Auto and Home Insurance products through an automated dialer system. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career in the insurance or financial services industry. You will play a key role in engaging new customers, identifying their needs, and qualifying opportunities for follow-up by our licensed advisors ultimately contributing to the growth of the company's customer base. Full training will be provided; prior insurance knowledge is not required.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle high-volume outbound calls efficiently using an automated dialer systemIntroduce and promote the company's Auto and Home Insurance products to prospective clientsIdentify customer needs and qualify leads for handoff to licensed advisorsSchedule callbacks or facilitate warm transfers to the appropriate sales teamAccurately document all interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM/systemMaintain full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies on every callMeet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets including call volume, lead generation, and policy salesHandle customer objections with professionalism and empathy, maintaining a positive experienceSchedule & Work ModelThis role operates on a rotating shift schedule.
