Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced NDT Assistant located in Grande Prairie, AB. Key responsibilities include assisting certified NDT technicians with inspections, preparing and transporting equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records of testing processes. The role also requires effective communication with team members and clients to ensure seamless operations and the delivery of quality services. Qualifications Hands-on experience in Non-Destructive Testing procedures and methods Basic technical knowledge with proficiency in the use and maintenance of NDT equipment Understanding of safety standards and guidelines in industrial environments Strong communication and teamwork skills for working effectively with team members and clients Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation Physical ability to perform tasks in varied working conditions, including outdoor and industrial environments Current certifications in applicable NDT techniques (e.g., UT, MT, or other relevant methods) are a strong asset but not a requirement. Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites as required Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in an NDT assistant role and/or in the oil & gas or industrial sector
