OverviewOriginal Luxury is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Inventory & Operations Supervisor to oversee the integrity of our inventory systems and the efficiency of our operational infrastructure. This role is integral to maintaining the elevated standards of a luxury retail environment, ensuring seamless stock control, refined back-of-house organization, and continuous process optimization as we scale our business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and maintain precise inventory management across retail and e-commerce channelsEnsure the highest standards of back-of-house (BOH) organization, presentation, and accessibilityManage stock intake, transfers, and reconciliations with accuracy and discretionLead the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalabilityUtilize Shopify to manage inventory, monitor performance, and support e-commerce operationsCollaborate closely with leadership to align inventory strategy with business growth and client demandIdentify and resolve discrepancies with a proactive and solutions-oriented approachSupport fulfillment and logistics with a focus on precision, timeliness, and brand standardsQualificationsProven experience in inventory and operations management within a luxury retail or premium environmentStrong proficiency in Shopify (required)Demonstrated expertise in BOH organization and operational structuringTrack record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiencyExceptional attention to detail and organizational disciplineAbility to operate with professionalism, discretion, and a high level of accountabilityPreferred AttributesExperience working with luxury or designer brandsStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesRefined communication skills and a collaborative mindsetA proactive, solutions-driven approach with a commitment to excellenceThe OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to join Original Luxury during a period of growth, contributing to the refinement and expansion of our operations while upholding the standards and experience expected within the luxury space.Compensation: $40,000-$55,000/Yr
