We are seeking a results-oriented Brand Operations Manager Prestige Fragrances to join a dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be a key driver in the development and execution of marketing programs and strategies designed to support high-end fragrance brands within the Canadian market. Acting as a central hub for brand growth, you will service all channels of distribution to achieve business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of managing complex project timelines while maintaining a deep understanding of consumer purchasing behavior in the prestige beauty space. This is a hybrid role, which requires the talent to work onsite at our client''s office in Oakville 3 days per week. Responsibilities Brand & Operational Management Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive marketing plans and fragrance launches, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and performance targets. Performance Analysis: Report POS results to management and retail partners; analyze promotional program feedback to enhance future sales potential. Market Insight: Conduct regular competitive studies and market visits to identify new product, pricing, and packaging trends tailored to the Canadian landscape. Retail Excellence: Work closely with sales teams to equip field staff with necessary tools for in-store planogram execution and optimize shelf performance. Administrative Oversight: Manage internal item creation, document pricing strategies, and produce detailed competitive activity grids and status reports. Marketing & Communications Innovative Outreach: Identify niche and ''guerilla'' marketing opportunities and recommend innovative initiatives to increase market share. Training & Digital Support: Plan and execute national training sessions and leverage digital tools (manuals, webinars, social media) to support product knowledge. Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong working relationships with global counterparts, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless launch plans. Field Engagement: Provide monthly in-store activity calendars and maintain consistent communication with field teams regarding brand status and sales rankings. Finance & Forecasting Fiscal Responsibility: Manage expenses, sales budgets, and inventory levels for assigned brands. Inventory Optimization: Forecast and monitor promotional and saleable inventory (Testers, Novelties, POSM) to meet sales targets and limit returns. Supply Chain Liaison: Lead interactions with purchasing departments to ensure the proper flow of products and manage the obsolescence of discontinued items. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Fragrances, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), in the Beauty or Luxury Goods industry is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint Smartsheet, and Adobe Suites. Analytical Skills: Must be able to analyze large data sets and pull key insights Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Presentation Skills: Must be comfortable working with stakeholders of various levels, and delivering executive level presentations on a regular basis.
