This role provides leadership across all aspects of operations, including leasing performance, building operations, capital execution, financial results, and resident experience. The Regional Manager is accountable for driving portfolio performance, developing high performing teams, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across all communities within the region. The role oversees a large multifamily portfolio in Ontario and leads a team of employees across site and regional functions.
