Say goodbye to direct team managementand hello to a dynamic environment where youll have real influence on the future of our company!Responsibilities: Maintain and update the executive's schedule, coordinate meetings, and set reminders.Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and letters, prioritizing and directing communications as needed.Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation to ensure seamless travel experiences.Manage group-wide meetings and agendas, take notes, and track action items for the Executive Leadership Team.Keep the executive calendar up to date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings.Track and process executive expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.Organize and file important documents, reports, and presentations.Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and direct inquiries professionally.Assist with project management tasks such as research, data compilation, and presentation preparation.Your retail know-how and sharp organizational abilities will be vital in supporting key business objectives, helping our leadership team stay focused on shaping the future of our company.
