This role calls for strong clinical expertise, the ability to function independently with minimal supervision, and confident decision-makingparticularly when working alongside LPN support. The ideal candidate brings hands-on ER experience, excellent assessment and critical thinking skills, and the necessary certifications to manage emergency and high-acuity patient needs effectively. Responsibilities - Deliver thorough emergency nursing care to patients with diverse and complex conditions.. - Act promptly in emergency situations, ensuring effective patient stabilization. - Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date patient records in accordance with organizational standards. - Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. - Continuously monitor patient conditions, identify potential complications, and respond proactively. - Promote patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times. Requirements - Registered Nurse with an active license from the relevant provincial regulatory authority. - Demonstrated experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) setting. - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS. - Comfortable practicing in an ER environment with LPN support. - Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities. - Capable of working independently and effectively in high-acuity and rural healthcare settings.
