Our FYidoctors Regina - Star Lite Street and Regina Albert Street clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Practice Coach to fill an existing vacancy! This position is a fulltime role working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. In this role, youll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a patientfocused environment. Youll empower staff, optimise clinic performance, and enhance the lives of patients in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment! What Youll Do Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge Collaborate with Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives Build and inspire motivated, highperforming teams aligned with organisational goals Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve clinic objectives Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trustbased culture Drive practice development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives and optimiser patient care and clinic performance Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience and creating value for every patient Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required What You Bring College degree or equivalent experience 24 years of management or supervisory experience Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organisational goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively Excellent organisational, timemanagement and multitasking skills Outstanding oral and written communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset How Youll Benefit Competitive wages including quarterly bonuses (for qualifying clinics) A comprehensive benefits package that includes outstanding optical coverage Rapid and continued growth, ensuring a constantly challenging and rewarding environment A workplace culture that fosters a sense of collaboration Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you develop your career Why You Should Join Us FYidoctors, a division of FYihealth group, is Canadas largest and most technologically advanced eyecare provider.
