Were partnering with an innovative, fast-growing business at the forefront of modular construction, looking to appoint a Director of Product Innovation, Design & Engineering to lead the next phase of their growth.This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of product development, design strategy, and engineering execution, driving innovation across industrialised building systems.The OpportunityLead and develop a multi-disciplinary design & engineering functionOwn the product innovation roadmap across modular construction solutionsDrive Design for Manufacturing (DfMA) and continuous product improvementOversee project design to ensure compliance, quality, and manufacturabilityCollaborate closely with operations, production, and commercial teamsEngage with external engineering and consulting partnersWhat Were Looking ForProven leadership experience in design, engineering, or product developmentBackground in modular, offsite, or industrialised constructionStrong understanding of building systems, codes, and design standardsExperience delivering end-to-end product developmentAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation at scale
