Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing logistics, supervising inspections, liaising with clients and contractors, and resolving any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple simultaneous projectsExpertise in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure project timelines are met efficientlyExperience with Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and building codesStrong Logistics Management skills for the coordination of materials, labor, and resourcesExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilitiesProven experience in residential construction or custom home building is preferredProficiency in construction management software or relevant tools is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges quickly and effectivelyA degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable
