Position: Residential Portfolio AdministratorLocation: Downtown Edmonton (In-office, parking included)Employment Type: Full-time, On-siteSalary Range: $58,000 $65,000Your new companyForesight Recruitment Group has partnered with a growing, family-owned real estate owner/operator to recruit a Portfolio Administrator for their corporate office in downtown Edmonton.Our client owns and manages its entire residential portfolio in-house, with a strong focus on long-term ownership, quality operations, and tenant relationships. The organization has built a reputation for its people-first culture, collaborative team environment, and hands-on leadership.The company is currently experiencing significant growth and has no plans of slowing down, making this an exciting opportunity to join a stable yet rapidly expanding organization with strong long-term career potentialYour new roleAs the Portfolio Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Portfolio Manager and several Property Managers across a portfolio of approximately 1,200 residential units.This is a corporate-level position focused on administrative coordination, reporting, and operational support across multiple properties.
