They will lead the teams success by ensuring proper training, support, and motivation are provided. We would prefer that the successful candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, operations management, or supply chain management, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvements are highly valued.
