We are looking for experienced HVAC / Hydronic Installers who can take ownership of jobs , work independently with direction, and demonstrate leadership in the field . Responsibilities Install HVAC and hydronic systems including: Furnaces, heat pumps, VRF, Ductless Split systems Radiant heating & snow melt systems Mechanical rooms and piping Work independently from drawings and scope Coordinate with: Management Site teams Other trades Troubleshoot and solve daily site issues Maintain job progress and timelines Ensure high-quality workmanship 510+ years experience in HVAC and/or hydronics Strong knowledge of: Mechanical systems Installation best practices Ability to: Work independently Lead small crews when required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Problem-solving mindset Qualifications Gas license (G2/G1), Vaid Drivers License, Refrigeration Liscense an asset, ODP Compensation Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Benefits & Pension Overtime opportunities Advancement opportunities
