Ideal profile - Bachelor of Human Resources or related field an asset; - 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience. - Ability to work as part of a team, communicate with all levels of the organization and adapt quickly to change. - Solid analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly when information is limited or under pressure. - Excellent project and timemanagement skills with ability to handle multiple priorities. - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Demonstrated strong facilitation and issue resolution skills. - Understanding of federal and provincial employment laws. - The salary range for this position is CAD $105,000 to $125,000 per year. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
