The company is recognized for its collaborative delivery approach and culture.Your new roleAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead all aspects of project execution on a large industrial project. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).You will partner closely with the Project Director and receive mentorship from senior leadership. The role carries full accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, risk, and stakeholder management.Your responsibilities will include:Lead endtoend project execution using structured delivery frameworks covering production, quality, and safety.Oversee procurement activities, subcontractor agreements, contract administration, RFIs, variations, and financial approvals.Manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and performance reporting to achieve key milestones and profitability targets.Guide, coach, and motivate project teams to drive accountability, resilience, and strong crossfunctional collaboration.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, designers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.Champion a strong safety culture through regular site reviews, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.Support growth initiatives by strengthening client relationships and identifying repeat or new business opportunities.Drive effective project closeout, capture lessons learned, and contribute to ongoing process and performance improvements.What youll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Industry Experience: 10+ years with a mid-to-large general contractor, including major project delivery experienceLeadership Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Senior Construction Project Manager on industrial projects valued at $500M+Nuclear Experience: Proven involvement in large-scale nuclear projectsTeam Leadership: Demonstrated success leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in complex, high-pressure environmentsTechnical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction trades, safety systems, compliance frameworks, and contract administrationEducation: Technical diploma or degree in Construction or EngineeringLicensing: Valid Class 5 drivers licenseCore Attributes (non-negotiable): Collaboration, grit, and accountabilityAssets (Nice to Have):Gold Seal Certification (GSC or GSI)PMP designationWhat youll get in returnBase salary: $140,000$175,000Discretionary bonus3 weeks of vacationComprehensive benefits packageRRSP matching programThe opportunity to work on one of Canadas most advanced projectsOngoing mentorship from senior leadership and long-term growth within an employee-owned organizationWhat you need to do nowIf this opportunity sounds like a fit, please reach out or apply with your most recent resume.
