A day in the life Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent Coach, train, and motivate team members to meet service and sales goals Support operational reporting and manage team targets and performance metrics Assist the Branch Manager (or oversee objectives in their absence) and ensure daily service commitments are met Answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, answer phone inquiries, complete special projects, train new hires, and assist in creating processes Maintain relationships with employees to ensure quality service standards are met Other job responsibilities as required What You Will Bring To Our Team 3+ years of insurance brokerage experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience, OR 3+ years of leadership experience in a customerfocused environment with a willingness to obtain your insurance license Level 2 General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) is an asset Excellent communication and time management skills Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy Salary Expectations The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific positions business line, scope, and level.
