The Community Recreation Manager plays an important role, providing quality leisure programs, services and facilities to our military members and their families. Our services are tailored to help families with the challenges they may face due to military life and make the most of everyday activities such as going to the playground or day camp. Whether families need to sign their kids up for swimming lessons, improve their fitness, or make friends in a new community, our services are here to help. The successful candidate will have a diverse portfolio, providing programs to preschoolers, adults, and seniors. The Community Recreation Manager will lead and manage the department and operations of arts and culture programming and oversee services such as libraries and membership offices. You will have a chance to expand your skills and share your passions as you mentor junior staff and volunteers, all with the goal of improving the quality of life for our military. This position is permanent full-time and offers 75 hours bi-weekly.
