As a Deputy Manager based at Cupar, the time you spend with our young people helps them feel safe, valued and supported. What Youll Do Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home. Create a warm, homely environment by helping with daily activities and paperwork. Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support. Plan and attend important meetings with families and social workers. Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care. Where Youll Do It Springfield House comprises two homes with a ''whole approach'' and is registered to support nine young people. The management team includes one Registered Manager and two Deputy Managers to provide support. We focus on the health and wellbeing of our young people, promoting activities and days out as often as possible. Who You Are Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager focused on achieving outcomes for others. Qualifications Previous management experience in the Social Care sector. HNC/SVQ4 (required). Electronic Records New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young peoples records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential; full training will be provided. All staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their daytoday role.
