Overview Our team is growing. We are seeking a results-oriented professional to join our Life and Living Benefits Team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping individuals, families and businesses. Leading with a needs-based approach, you guide clients to understand their risks and protect against uncertainty through innovative solutions and extraordinary service. Responsibilities Grow our client base by prospecting within our existing client relationships Actively manage client leads, referrals and applications. Deliver personalized, ongoing insurance solutions to help clients work toward their goals and protect against risk. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and regular reviews. Qualifications LLQP certification required Minimum 1-2 years of professional sales experience Experience providing insurance solutions to individuals and families Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Self-motivated, highly driven Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written Business development and prospecting skills Positive attitude with Growth mindset Team player who can work independently Strong character and integrity Continuous learner with a deep interest in client needs Ability to build trust, develop and maintain relationships The successful candidate will have experience as a licensed Life Advisor. Ideally the candidate will have a university degree supported by industry designations. You are known for your business acumen, adhering to a strong compliance culture and ethical standards.
