As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this role will shape the future of the operational strategy, drive innovation across the value chain, and ensure best-in-class compliance in a rapidly-evolving regulatory and environmental landscape. A mission-critical role, the Vice President sits at the center of operational performance, cost stewardship, regulatory credibility and risk management, and brings an enterprise-wide lens to balancing business growth with efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder confidence. Call2Recycle continues to be well-positioned for future growth as new regulated product categories (e.g. EV batteries, vapes, battery-powered consumer products) come online. Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit frameworks.Strategic and results-oriented with the ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable outcomes.Deep understanding of complex operational systems and optimization.An innovative thinker who is comfortable driving change and building new capabilities in emerging sectors.A collaborative leader and effective influencer who builds alignment across functions and stakeholders.Leads, develops and mentors high-performing technical teams.Resilient and adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.Executive presence, authenticity, credibility and trust in Board and C-suite environments.
