The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, benefits administration, maintaining and updating HR records using HRIS, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating training programs, providing administrative support to the HR department, and addressing employee queries related to HR policies or resources.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including employee relations and addressing HR inquiriesExperience in HR Management and working with Human Resources Information SystemsKnowledge of Benefits Administration processes and compliance requirementsAbility to manage Training programs and support employee development initiativesStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in relevant HR software and toolsBachelors degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role or HR environment is considered an assetCHRP designation or working towards.Equal opportunity employer accommodations available on requst.
