As the pioneer in the functional coffee space we combine real cold brew coffee with premium protein to create clean, delicious products that fit seamlessly into busy lifestyles.As we grow, were focused on building the operational foundation to support that scale.Role DescriptionBrst is hiring an Operations & Logistics Specialist to work directly with one of the co-founders and take ownership of day-to-day operations across Canada.This role exists to keep the business running smoothly:coordinate shipments, manage inventory, handle customer issues, and work with warehouses and partners. This is ahands-on, detail-oriented role.What Youll DoShipping & LogisticsCoordinate shipments between warehouses and retailers across Canada Manage transfers between warehouse locations Work closely with 3PL and warehousing partners (booking, tracking, issue resolution) Ensure orders are delivered on time and troubleshoot delays Customer Service & Issue ResolutionHandle customer issues (product complaints, delivery problems, etc.) Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues (replacements, refunds) Track recurring issues and flag patterns to the team Inventory & Supply CoordinationMonitor inventory levels of finished goods Support ordering of ingredients and packaging for production Maintain basic inventory tracking across warehouses and co-packers Co-packer & Operations CoordinationWork with co-packers and warehouse partners on production and logistics Help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Ensure alignment across operational partners General OperationsAct as a go-to person for day-to-day operational tasks Build simple processes and systems to improve efficiency Work closely with the co-founder to take operational work off their plate Qualifications25+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or customer operations Experience working with warehouses, 3PLs, or physical product businesses is a strong plus Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once Proactive and solutions-orientedyou dont wait for problems to escalate
