The company is recognized for its collaborative delivery approach and culture.Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing all site activities, including production systems, design coordination, budgets, schedules, subtrades, performance, and profitabilityProviding direction, mentorship, and oversight to Superintendents and field staff, fostering collaboration and accountabilityChampioning safety by stewarding the well-being of all personnel, conducting inspections, and proactively addressing riskPlanning and scheduling work, establishing milestones, and allocating manpower and materials to meet project objectivesRemoving roadblocks and managing site risk across project setup, execution, and close-outEnsuring conformity with drawings, specifications, and quality standards while driving workmanship excellenceMonitoring budgets and forecasts at the phase-code and cost-type level to identify gains and mitigate lossesOverseeing third-party monitoring and testing in accordance with contract specificationsActing as the primary site interface for owners, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication with project managers and stakeholdersIdentifying training needs, supporting apprenticeship programs, and developing high-performing, engaged teamsUpholding organization, work methods, scheduling discipline, cost control, and lean construction principlesWhat Youll Need to SucceedYou bring accountability, composure, and an inclusive leadership style to every project.
