FUND TAX ANALYSTTEMPORARYTORONTO, ON The Company Our client is a national investment management organization that is based in Toronto, Ontario. Company Perks and Rewards Competitive Pay RateOpportunity to work for an established organization The Job! You will review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax distributions and allocations for funds. You will also:Support preparation and review of fund tax returns (T3, T5, NR4)Review year-end distributions, tax factors, and reporting outputsEnsure compliance with Canadian tax regulations and internal policiesHandle tax documentation (W-8BEN-E, CRS, W-9, tax IDs, PFIC reporting)Work with internal teams (legal, operations, client service, etc.) on tax-related mattersLiaise with regulators and external providers on audits, filings, and inquiriesContribute to fund lifecycle events (launches, mergers, terminations)Assist with tax reporting tools, processes, and ongoing improvementsOther related tasks, as required What you bring to the job You are someone with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You come with:3+ years experience in financial services (mutual funds/ETFs preferred)Degree in finance, accounting, or related fieldAccounting designation or CSC is a plusFamiliarity with fund accounting, IFRS, and financial marketsExperience with tools like Excel, Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar systemsAble to manage deadlines and work independently or as part of a teamClear communicator with solid organizational skillsAdaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Shannan Willoughby.
