Job Offer : Training Project ManagerLocation : Canada (Toronto area or Montral area)Work mode : 100% remoteStart date : As soon as possibleWhat we will accomplish together :The new Center of Excellence is a strategic and unified group whose purpose is to leverage the transformative power of data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support scientists in developing more innovative and transformational medicines for patients worldwide.Your mission (should you choose to accept it!) :We are looking for an experienced Training Project Manager to support the implementation of the Learning & Development and Operational Guidelines workstreams.This role is essential in helping the Center of Excellence evolve from fragmented, manual legacy processes into a unified, scalable, and reliable model.Your daily responsibilities will include : Workstream Execution: Support workstream leads in the implementation of defined workstream components. Roadmap & KPI Management: Participate in the review and maintenance of roadmaps and key performance indicators (KPIs) for both workstreams. Learning Expert Support: Be certified as a Learning Expert and contribute to training assignment and management. Scientific Knowledge Training Support: Serve as the U.S. point of contact and be responsible for organizing and executing scientific knowledge trainings and workshops.Your future team :You will join our clients Center of Excellence team, which acts both as a strategic catalyst and operational backbone, enabling improved performance, transparency, and accountability.You : Bachelors degree or higher, with relevant training and experience that meet the role criteria. Mandatory project management coursework or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, Agile methodology). 3 to 5 years of experience in the life sciences / healthcare sector (HCLS). Experience with L&D information systems (e.g., Cornerstone). Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, especially in dynamic and evolving environments. Strong facilitation skills, able to guide cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to translate a vision into practical tactics and measurable success criteria. Experience in operational leadership roles, ideally within matrixed team structures and collaborative projects. A strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution. Able to work independently and proactively, driving strategic initiatives to completion. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, mthodologie Agile).3 5 ans dexprience dans les sciences de la vie / sant.Exprience avec les systmes dinformation L&D (ex. Cornerstone).Exprience avre en planification stratgique et excution, notamment dans des environnements dynamiques et en volution.Excellentes comptences en facilitation, capable de guider des quipes multifonctionnelles vers des rsultats russis.Trs bonnes comptences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, laise avec des parties prenantes varies.Capacit dmontre traduire une vision en tactiques concrtes et en critres de succs mesurables.Exprience en leadership oprationnel, idalement dans des contextes de structures matricielles et de projets collaboratifs.Esprit stratgique fortement orient excution.Capacit travailler de manire autonome, proactive, en conduisant les initiatives stratgiques jusqu leur aboutissement.Excellentes comptences organisationnelles et de rsolution de problmes. laise avec des dynamiques de parties prenantes complexes, parfois exigeantes.
