Project Coordinator OperationsLocation: Toronto, ONTenureL Full-TimeWe are hiring a Project Coordinator Operations to support the management of infrastructure facility operations, maintenance, and lifecycle activities across multiple projects.Compensation:Salary: $65,000 $80,000BonusKey Responsibilities:Support facility operations and ensure compliance with project agreementsCoordinate with facility management teams on operational plans and performanceAssist in monitoring service levels, reporting, and contract deliverablesParticipate in meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teamsReview reports, invoices, and project changes for accuracy and complianceCollaborate with finance, accounting, and project teamsWhat Were Looking For:Experience or exposure to the P3 sectorStrong understanding of working on government-related projectsExperience coordinating with subcontractors is very importantUnderstanding of long-term infrastructure/property partnerships and lifecycle maintenanceRequirements:3+ years of experience in project coordination, facilities, or operationsExperience with large-scale infrastructure or institutional facilities preferredStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel occasionally
