Hartmann has committed and invested in this area to meet the growing demand of our products.We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, this position offers meaningful ownership across warehouse execution, automation performance, and logistics coordination, with direct influence on service levels, cost control, and operational reliability.What You Will OwnOperational Leadership & PerformanceLead and develop hourly warehouse teams with a clear focus on safety, accountability, and resultsOwn daily execution of warehouse operations, ensuring consistent achievement of throughput, service, and quality targetsProactively assess staffing, workflows, and performance gaps, taking decisive action to improve outcomesBuild capability across the team through coaching, training, and clear performance expectationsMaintain a strong, solutions-oriented presence on the floor, particularly within a unionized environmentAutomation & Systems Reliability (AGV Fleet)Own performance and uptime of the AGV fleet, ensuring disciplined preventative maintenance and rapid issue resolutionAct as the primary point of accountability with automation vendors, driving responsiveness and long-term reliabilityEnsure critical spare parts and maintenance processes are in place to minimize downtimePartner cross-functionally to align automation capabilities with production and shipping demandsFreight & Logistics OptimizationContinuously challenge and improve freight performance, balancing service, reliability, and costIdentify and onboard carriers aligned with operational requirements and customer expectationsDrive year-over-year cost improvements through disciplined sourcing and performance managementMaterial Supply Coordination (Paper)Maintain tight control over paper inventory to support uninterrupted production across operationsAdjust inbound supply in line with changing production requirementsSupport procurement strategies, supplier performance, and material optimization initiativesEnsure accurate and timely purchasing and invoice reconciliation processesWhat We Are Looking ForProven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within warehouse or shipping/receiving operationsComfortable leading in a unionized environment, with strong communication and employee relations skillsA hands-on, results-driven leader who takes ownership and drives accountability at all levelsStrong problem-solving capability with the ability to act quickly and effectively in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellenceAbility to build credibility, influence teams, and deliver results through othersThis is not a maintenance roleit is a leadership role with real accountability, suited for someone looking to take the next step in building operational leadership capability within a growing, performance-driven organization.What we offerWe offer attractive working conditions and benefits to our employees and their families:Competitive salaryAnnual Variable CompensationSafety Shoe AllowanceProfessional Career Development opportunityEducation Reimbursement & Training OpportunitiesGroup Health insurance benefitsGroup Retirement pension planEmployee and Family Assistance Program Why Join Us?
