We are accredited by the Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators and listed with the Ontario Ministry of Education as an independent school. We currently provide an authentic Montessori education enhanced with music, art and outdoor education for children aged 18 months to 14 years old. We offer generous salaries with benefits and a supportive working environment. Position Overview We are seeking an extraordinary Casa Lead Guide to start immediately. This is a full time position working with children from age 3 to 6. Responsibilities Work with children aged 3-6 in a Montessori environment. Collaborate with team and support the principal. Communicate positively and openly with parents. Qualifications Bachelors degree. Casa certification from a recognized, accredited Montessori training institute (MACTE accreditation preference). Sound understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology. Strong organizational, teamwork, written and verbal communication skills. Salary & Benefits Expected compensation range: $38,600 $75,400 annual salary.
