Join a transformative role as a Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) responsible for crafting individualized behavior plans and interventions. Collaborate with diverse teams to create lasting positive change in individuals'' lives. In this vital position, youll develop treatment programs grounded in evidence-based practices. You will actively engage with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Monitoring and modifying treatment plans based on data analysis is key while also providing training and support to fellow staff members during regular case reviews.
