About the Role We are hiring a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across Nobis (global performance luxury outerwear) and Fan Ink (emerging soccer lifestyle brand). This role sits at the intersection of global operations, multi-channel growth (DTC + wholesale), and financial discipline, requiring a leader who can balance strategic ambition with rigorous cash flow management and operational efficiency. As the business continues to evolve across multiple markets and channels, we are focused on strengthening our financial foundationenhancing visibility, improving cash flow discipline, and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth. Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning Support leadership with scenario modeling, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making Provide financial insight to support growth initiatives while maintaining discipline on profitability Reporting & Performance Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting with clear, actionable insights Drive visibility into performance by channel and market Identify opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency Operations & Cash Management Oversee core finance functions including AP/AR, payroll, and product costing Own cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital optimization in a dynamic operating environment Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processes Global Partnerships Oversee financial operations and reporting across international JVs and distributors, particularly in Asia Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability Systems & Infrastructure Lead ongoing development and optimization of financial systems (NetSuite preferred) Enhance dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 34 professionals Build a culture of accountability, rigor, and continuous improvement Qualifications 812 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting leadership Experience in consumer goods, retail, or apparel (preferred) Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and cash flow management Experience working with international operations (JVs, distributors; Asia exposure a plus) Proven ability to drive profitability, cost discipline, and operational efficiency Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead teams and operate effectively in a fastpaced, evolving environment A handson, structured, and pragmatic approach to problemsolving Why join Nobis and InnoVision At Nobis and InnoVision, youll be part of a team building globally recognized brands with strong ambitions and a clear focus on long-term value creation.
