About the Team The MG Security Engineering organization provides unified security services across all Match Group brands spanning Product Security (AppSec, InfraSec, Red Team, Platform Security), Enterprise Security (InfoSec, GRC, Vendor Security), Monitoring & SOC, Incident Response, Data Security, Digital Investigations, AI/ML Security, and Security Program Management. We are a team of 50+ security professionals protecting a global portfolio of consumer platforms. About the Role As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Security Engineering, you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of critical security programs and projects across Match Group''s full portfolio of brands. You will partner with security domain leads across every function AppSec, InfraSec, Platform Security, Red Team, SOC, IR, GRC, Data Security, AI/ML Security, and Digital Investigations as well as brand engineering and product teams to ensure security initiatives land on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. What You''ll Do This role requires someone who combines strong technical fluency in cybersecurity with worldclass program management skills. You will translate strategic security objectives into executable programs, track progress through OKRs and KPIs, and communicate status and risks to stakeholders ranging from individual engineers to executive leadership. $120,000 $145,000 a year Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate''s work experience, education/training, jobrelated skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of Vancouver, Canada. For all other locations, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
