You will walk assigned neighbourhoods in East Regina, introduce homeowners to our services, and collect basic information from anyone interested in a free estimate. We provide complete trainingincluding greeting techniques, conversation flow, handling objections, and how to gather qualified lead information professionally and comfortably. Compensation includes $20/hour plus monetary bonuses for each qualified lead and booked estimate, allowing motivated team members to earn more based on performance. You will work with a partner and follow a structured route, making the job smooth and confidencebuilding even for those new to customer interaction.
