About The Role We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30PM3:00AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium. What Youll Do Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues. Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutchs quality standards. Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently. Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools. Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow. Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues. Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures. What Were Looking For Education: Postsecondary education preferred. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. License: Minimum G2 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract. Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada. Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga. Availability: Able to commit to a fulltime schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
