Maintain solid product knowledge of manufacturerspecific vehicles, rebates, financing, and incentive programs. Project a positive attitude for customers and fellow employees. Ensure all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed on time. Work effectively without supervision. Attend factorysponsored and dealerspecified training classes as scheduled. Answer customer service phone calls regarding sale inquiries. Provide competitive and reasonable car quotes. Keep customers updated by phone on vehicle delivery progress. Inform customers when vehicles are ready for pickup. Keep abreast of new equipment, features, and tools, and recommend purchases. Account for all documents and ensure none are missing. Follow up with the factory and distributors for late deliveries. Comply with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) regulations. Work in adherence to company safety standards at all times. Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures. May work Saturdays as required by business needs. Perform other duties as required by management. What You Need To Succeed High School Diploma or GED required. Automotive sales experience preferred. OMVIC certification required. Dealer CRM system experience required. Valid Ontario drivers license and good driving record. Strong computer skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills. Willingness to be flexible under changing conditions. Creative and persuasive negotiating skills. Professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure. Wellspoken, friendly and articulate. Job Type: Full Time Permanent Compensation (expected annual earnings): $70,000 $120,000 per year. 100% commission role with no base salary. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes. Minimum earnings: In accordance with the Employment Standards Act, commissionpaid employees will be paid at least the applicable Ontario minimum wage for all hours worked.
