Manage all aspects of store operations by providing bestinclass service and solutionbased customer experiences to our customers while promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard. Delivering on business plans to achieve regional and store level targets. Representing Rogers and Fido brands instore and at local community events. Your Qualifications Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals. Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to drive and deliver strong, consistent sales results. Leading a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration which strengthens team performance and contributes to overall store growth, results and performance. You can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
