Purpose The Staging Associate is responsible for the accurate picking, staging, labeling, and packing of TPN and Homecare products to support cleanroom production. The role ensures all materials and supplies are prepared in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall operational efficiency. Job Title: Staging Associate Location: Royal Drugs: Mississauga (2785 Skymark Avenue, Unit 2 Mississauga, ON L4W 4Y3) No. of Positions: #2 ATR: # 5013 Salary: $21/hr Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Responsibilities Pick and stage materials and supplies for TPN and Homecare production according to worksheets and procedures Label and package finished products to ensure proper identification and integrity for shipment Maintain inventory levels to support production demands, including monitoring stock and performing monthly expiry checks Ensure proper inventory rotation using FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles Decontaminate materials and supplies when transferring to cleanroom environments using approved cleaning agents Perform in-process and final product inspections in accordance with SOPs Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment, carts, racks, and work areas to meet compliance standards Handle and dispose of expired or unusable products and biohazard waste according to procedures Maintain strict adherence to line clearance and patient safety policies Collaborate with pharmacy and warehouse teams to ensure availability of supplies and smooth workflow Follow all corporate policies including quality management systems, SOPs, and Code of Conduct Maintain required training and comply with health and safety standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent 6 months or more experience working in a warehouse/production environment Experience within a pharmacy environment/experience working with medicine is an asset Experience working with inventory management is an asset Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Good organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (MS Office) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality Team-oriented with good collaboration skills Human Resources While we thank you for your interest, only select applicants will be contacted regarding the position.
