Qualify leads and recommend appropriate HVAC or mechanical product solutions. Prepare and deliver quotations and pricing in coordination with engineering and operations teams. Serve as a primary customer contact from inquiry through order fulfillment. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate product selection. Collaborate with outside sales and product teams on complex applications. Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM and ERP systems. Follow up on quotations and manage sales pipelines to close opportunities. Support customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution. Stay current on product offerings and industry trends. The experience you bring: 2+ years of customercentric or insidesales experience in parts or equipment environments. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical industries. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication, organization, and accuracy skills. Problemsolving ability and comfort working in a fastpaced environment. Motivated selfstarter with a growth mindset.
