Requirements Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly, trusted advisor to sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents at our partner location in the Edmonton area Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch; demonstrate a deep understanding of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products Turn prospects into loyal clients, raving fans, and repeat customers Accurately record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at partner locations to assist in meeting performance objectives and partner expectations monthly Proactively assess partner needs on an ongoing basis through onsite focus and followup meetings Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business Communicate with peers via chat to identify challenges and successes Virtually attend monthly company meetings or checkins as required Manage expense budget and submit completed reports monthly Manage all administrative tasks and responsibilities relative to the partnership Live up to Fetchs commitment to continuously exceed customer expectations Skills Structure work week during peak hours (FridaySunday) when it is most lucrative for the agent Possess an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or be willing to obtain a P&C license at the expense of the Company within 30 days of employment (subject to state requirements) Have 35 years of experience in an animal care role Be energized by being an industry pioneer Enjoy prospecting new sales opportunities on a daily basis (must enjoy facetoface speaking) Be familiar with animal health or animal welfare (plus, but not required) Think and act independently within a fastpaced sales cycle Build relationships using a consultative, solutionfocused approach Demonstrate customer service skills and the ability to understand Fetchs customers needs Be willing to travel to industry events as required Exhibit excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Be an excellent team player; apply innovative ideas and critical thinking Professional Traits Exhibits excellent business judgment Sets the bar high for team standards Is action and resultsoriented and selfreliant Compensation Pay range: $55,000 $90,000+ on a fulltime basis Includes base salary; may qualify for additional bonuses Eligible for the Companys bonus plan(s) Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan for you and your family Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) available Highly competitive 401(k) matching Generous 20day PTO policy, with rollover options.
