Corporate Quality Support Summer Student Job Description Posted Monday, April 13, 2026 at 4:00 AM Position: Corporate Quality Support Summer Student Location: This role is on-site at our office in Oakville, Ontario. Status: Summer student contractual (full-time for the Summer Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week) Salary: Between $20-23.50 per hour Are you looking for a fulltime summer position to learn more in Corporate Quality? Are you in the process of completing your degree in food science (or science) and want to learn more about quality standards in the food industry? This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic Corporate Quality team. We are currently offering a Student Mandate as Corporate Quality Support for the summer. This is a fulltime position (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday based in our Oakville, Ontario office. The Corporate Quality Support shall assist the Quality team in managing quality initiatives and documentation requirements from our suppliers to meet/fulfil the needs of our customers. Responsibilities: Supports Quadras mission, vision, and values Assist the documentation team in supplier outreach, managing/monitoring emails as required Assist in TraceGains project with regards to document maintenance as needed Assist in formalizing internal procedures, tools, tracking lists and others as needed to cover all groups within Corporate Quality Assist Compliance / Complaints / COA group as needed in day to day or specific project tasks Support in resolving documentation issues as required Follow all standard procedures including safety Attend and participate in internal training to get familiarised with internal QA processes and procedures Attend meetings as required Complete other assigned duties as required Job Requirements: College/ University Degree (Food Science preferred) Must be actively enrolled in program Knowledge in computerized systems Some knowledge of food regulations and other standards an asset Ability to problem solve, multitask and set priorities while working independently in a highperformance team culture Good oral/written and interpersonal skills to interact with coworkers and customers Excellent time management skills along with the ability to prioritize and manage completion of multiple tasks/projects High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working Relationships: Working relationship with all members of all the groups within Corporate Quality teams Working Conditions: Office and Food warehouse facility Must wear company supplied uniform and PPE as needed if exploring warehouse facility Quadra supports and values diversity and offers equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status and gender identity.
