The Marketing Associate will manage a portfolio within the Wieners & Sausage business unit, collaborate with a senior marketing leader, and map out category strategy. Compensation $69,000 104,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual shortterm incentive. Responsibilities Help build category strategies and work with your manager to develop and launch multiyear plans that deliver category growth and differentiate MLF from competitors. Consistently leverage data and develop insights from Nielsen and internal sources to provide category share and financial reporting and analysis. Analyze brands, market, and competitive trends and recommend suitable actions. Be involved in and lead your category in MLFs budgeting process. Support the Retail Sales and Brand teams to grow MLF branded share in the category. Lead the commercialization of new product innovations, acting as project manager and working with crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure successful, ontime launches. Qualifications Postsecondary degree in Business or Marketing. 13 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, finance, category management, or analytics roles within consumer packaged goods or the grocery industry. Passion and drive to learn and contribute, demonstrating curiosity and a strong desire to win. Agility: proactive, high energy, and able to stay focused on key business priorities in a fastpaced environment. Analytics and criticalthinking skills: ability to organize and interpret data, synthesize insights, and consider implications for the business. Ability to lead by influence with strong people, communication, and collaboration skills. Project management experience, with strong timemanagement and organisational skills.
