Compensation & Role Details Expected Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $90,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Clevel executives, decision makers, and influencers. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate complex contracts and proposals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements. Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers. Job Qualifications 5-10 years B2B sales experience in hospitality, specifically in hotel and hotel technologies. Proven record of exceeding sales targets. Experience selling to Clevel executives. Expertise in enterprise software sales. Ability to create and develop sales strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel as needed (612 times per year).
